可恶律师

为了确定哪一方造成整个程序的 delay， 北鼻今天代我去见了 bank solicitor。 结果和我猜想的一样 - S & P 律师和 bank solicitor 都不愿意承认过失，大家陷入互相指责的局面。 最过份/气煞的是两个律师都说谎！！！他们都说曾提醒过我还 S & P Stamped Duty 的钱，可是我从来没有接过任何一方的 reminder！！！

花那么多钱请他们，最后我还是得相“疯婆子”般天天 follow-up。
Keep Client Posted 不是他们该作的事吗？我纳闷……

S & P 律师和 bank solicitor 都“安慰”说可以延长期限 30 天。
拜托！这我晓得！但谁负责还 penalty？还不是我们！！！
Bank solicitor 说得到轻松：“一天 penalty 不过 RM11+/-，两个星期不到 RM200， 你不就给他咯。”

花钱请律师，花电话费天天 follow-up，无法在指定的时间完成手续，25/12 之前入伙无望，最后律师要你自己赔 penalty…… 天理何在啊？！

OLD DECO: Kitchen & Living Room

原本以为可以在这个星期开始进行装修工程，唉…… 就因为手续上出了些麻烦，又得拖它个一至两个星期（保守估计）。最要命的是可能会被罚钱哦！ 缴了那么多钱给那些所谓的专业人士，最后我还是得天天给他“夺命连环追魂 calls ”。气煞！ 再那样、这般的拖下去，我们能在 X'mas 前入伙吗？- 我怀疑。
